Viewing Your Current Subscription
The Subscription Information section allows administrators to view the current DynaTrail Dispatch subscription assigned to their company.
This page provides a quick overview of the company’s active subscription plan, billing period, and the number of trucks currently counted toward the subscription tier.
Reviewing this information regularly helps administrators ensure their company is using the correct subscription plan.
Opening the Subscription Information Page
To access the Subscription Information page:

Click Settings from the main navigation menu

Select Company Profile

Click the Subscription Information tab
This will open the Subscription Information page where your company’s current plan and billing details are displayed.
Current Subscription Information
The Current Subscription Information panel displays the key details of your company’s active subscription.
The information shown includes the following fields:
Start Date
The date the current billing period began.
End Date
The date the current billing period will renew.
Plan
The subscription tier currently assigned to your company based on the number of trucks allowed.
Usage
The number of trucks currently active within your DynaTrail Dispatch account.
Price
The monthly cost associated with the active subscription plan.
Currency
The currency used for billing your subscription.
Billing currency is automatically determined when the account is created based on the company’s country.
Canadian companies are billed in CAD, while companies located in the United States are billed in USD.
Why This Information Matters
Monitoring your subscription information helps administrators:
• Understand which subscription tier is currently active
• Track the number of trucks being counted toward the subscription
• Confirm the billing period and renewal date
• Verify the monthly subscription cost
If your company begins dispatching more trucks, you may need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
